Friday, March 7th
Band competition today. Quite a few stories there... David drove himeslf, so I put my trombone in his car. As always, he showed up 15 minutes late, along with all the people who missed the bus. After doing sightreading, we went over to the cramped concert hall and listened to some bands, then we warmed up and played our three songs. We sounded ok, but we didn't take first or second place. We got back to school around 2:10, and we still hadn't had lunch, so we went to lunch at Burgerville. Now I'm home, and looking forward to TOLO tomorrow and snowboarding on Sunday in FIVE FEET OF FRESH POWDER!
