Ok, fine. I'll post something, happy now? There hasn't been much going on... WIBC was fun this weekend, but there really isnt a whole lot to post about that. I have a few good stories, but you should probably ask me about them so I don't have to write them. All the music and conductors were good, we had the cool Australian guy and an English guy and then a few people from the US, then we had a tuba soloist who played "flight of the tubabee" which is basically this impossibly high, low and fast piece that was never intended for anything lower than a trumpet. I realize this is less thrilling than it sounds, but it was amazing.

I missed a day of school, and I have maybe 20 minutes of stuff to make up. Wow... 8 hours of school condensed into 20 minues. Quarter grades, all 'A'. Comments: Excellent behavior in class. Hmmm... apparently sleeping in English is considered "good participation". Yay, that means I should bring my pillow. Seriously, we all need to do that, sit in the back row and lean on the cabinets we'll steal from Silvey's class in the middle of the night. I'm almost thinking about switching into VA's at semester, but I really, really don't want to.

Thanksgiving break. About time, too. I can't decide if this year is flying by or just crawling like a two legged gopher. (Hows that for a mental image?) Actually, this post sucked worse than my abuse of the english language, but what can you do about it? I just wasted a minute of your time! And I'm still wasting more, you can't stop me... unless you stop reading. Or I stop typing... either way.

Hmm... that was a weekend full of nothing. Fun times. Next weekend is WIBC, which is where 600 high school band students get together at a really nice hotel in Seattle with about 6 chaperones. Always a good time. (7 hours of music work, 11 hours of free time, 4 hours of sleep, repeat.) This week is mostly nothing, except for the band concert at Hockinson on Tuesday, and the Academic letter thing on Tuesday... there's probably something else on Tuesday, but I forget what it is. Since I have nothing more for you today, here are the ugliest cars on the road

Ha! Only a week between posts this time! Well... marching season is over. Looking back, I guess it went really fast. What else is new... umm... finished my online PE class, just found a possible online Washington State History class (If I can't take it online, I'll be a senior stuck in a freshman - sophomore class next year, and no number of choice adjectives can describe how terrible that would be.) If anyone wants a good laugh at how incredibly stupid my brother is, GO HERE! I wonder what half of the gene (or is it "jean") pool he comes from? Anyway... I've got a lot more free time now, I'll have to find something fun to do with it. Maybe I'll even start coming up with witty things to post here. Ha! Yea, that's a good one. Anyway... Ken finally gave me that CD of his band I bought 3 months ago. I reccomend it, maybe I'll even review it sometime.

Hmm... another week and a half between posts. Oh well... only four more days of band season, so I should have more free time opening up. I'm always kinda sad when band season is over, because it always becomes a huge part of my life for four months, but I'm also kinda glad because practicing in the cold and rain gets old after a while. 5 minutes usually does it.

So... what happened since my last post... lets see... Halloween. Quite fun. We had pizza then we went over to Jenn's house and watched Interview With a Vampire (OK, ok... I'll do a review of that one tonight too!) That was quite a fun night. Umm.... what else... this is why I haven't been posting, I can't think of anything I really want to say on here. Ahh... here's an idea I took from Thomas' Blog. Please DO NOT abuse my tagboard. Not funny. I'll find some great way to get my revenge, like putting your IP address into kazaa so you get targeted by the RIAA. haha... that would be great. I should find the address of the school computer I used this morning to visit my blog and put that one in. Hahaha. Just imagine the school getting a letter warning them about copyright violations. Very funny.

Ok... it appears the topic in my tagboard is boxers vs. briefs vs. boxer briefs vs. commando. I don't even want to know why Paul wants to hear me talk about this. Or why Xar put down Commando, who does he think he is, Chris Apling? (I realize very few of you will get that, but believe me when I say that it's a bad thing!) Seriously... if people want me to post more, and more than the boring day to day stuff like I did last year, I'll need some suggestions. Good ones. It's up to you, I don't make you read this. Then there was Dan, who finally decided to read my post from a week and a half ago today during English. Go Dan! You moron. lol... Although I have to admit I have sunk to your level in posting only once every two weeks, at least I actually have stuff to say. Look... you call this a post?? Yarr. Hmm... random comment... I should find some clipart of smilies and stuff online so I can put them in my posts. Much better than those stupid text ones that are all sideways.

While I'm rambling, what else can I talk about? I probably won't be posting until this Sunday at the earliest, unless something interesting happens between now and then and I have time to post about it. (Very unlikely!) I have band practice every day this week, a rehearsal on Thursday and a concert on Friday with Civil Disturbance, a band of Police officers doing a benefit concert for several officers killed in the past year. I guess some money goes to the Skyview Choir program too, should be a fun concert. Robertson wrote all the parts wrong, so its mostly improv. and making stuff up that works (most of the time.) Oh well, can't wait to see how it all works out. I'll probably miss most of band practice on Friday, not entirely a bad thing if they go as slow as today's did. Hmm... anything else.... nope, don't think so. I'll try to post this Sunday, someone remind me on my tagboard on Sunday morning, ok?
