Hmm... so I haven't posted in a week and a half, huh? Weird. I've been busy, spent the last few days commuting to Tacoma and back for the regional basketball games. As fun as it may sound, they actually suck really bad, because we're stuck with just the jazz band, so it gets boring after a while. Some amusing things over the last week:
Jack in the Crack
For some reason (ok... so that reason is probably the edible, relatively cheap food) I've found myself going to Jack in the Box a lot more recently. They have some suggestive-looking happy-meal toys for only $1.07... very amusing at the time. Still, its the only fast food place that I've had to wait 40 minutes for a friggin milkshake. The lady actually said that "you cant come into Jack in the Box at 7:30 (PM, by the way) and expect to get your food in five minutes." Umm... actually I do, it's called FAST FOOD. FAST. If I wanted to pay more, take longer, and get ignored, I'd go to Sharis!
Looooong Bus Rides
As great as you'd think 8 hours on a bus with the band and cheerleaders would be... uggh. And I get to do it all over again Tuesday... fuuuun. Anyway... it was late, after a bad game, and the cheerleaders decided they wanted to watch "A Walk to Remember." No. Just no. They tried to get us to quiet down in the back of the bus, but we spent the next half hour singing the most annoying songs we could think of. I think the only one watching the movie was Mr. Little... apparently he didn't really enjoy Tom's commentary "Is she dead yet?" "Is she dead yet?" "SHE DIED."
Anyway... I realize that I just posted something Xar would categorize as "band trip." Tomorrow, if you're lucky, you'll see a good link or maybe just some blah.

Blah. Its a school week, and that means school. Oh well. Not a whole lot going on this week. The English class switch seems to have gone well, its strange actually doing work in first period, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'll do a comparison of the two classes this weekend, assuming I don't get lazy or anything like that. Haha. Anyway, Friday should be busy, two basketball games at Bay, looks like we'll have teams going to regionals this year. I didn't really have anything to say, but oh well.

Wow. What a weekend. Don't think I've been home before 11:30 since last Wednesday (with the possible exception of Friday night...) Anyway, not really looking forward to going back to school, this whole sleeping in thing is nice. Bah. Oh wow... look at these idiots! Someone has waaaaay too much free time. Anyway... I'm sure there was originally going to be a point to this post, but I've forgotten already, so I guess it sucks to be you!

Not a bad day, nor a good one... not much to say either. Last night was great. Haha. I'll post pictures if Kevin ever gets them off his phone. Since I have nothing else to say, I'll leave you with this quote to contemplate:
"Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines."

Four day weekend! Whohoo!
Now that that's over with, I finally got myself into VA's class, time to start with "real" AP English now. I'll let ya know how that turns out, it could be a hard transition, I've found my standards have slipped a long way this year, as I was writing my PDP on my "slaughter of the English language" and "getting away with literary murder."
Oh, and as a sidenote, some of you may have heard me mention hearing a noise in the wall, by the computer. It appears to be something much like a squirrel nest, by the ceiling. Something was making noise, so I knocked on the ceiling and I heard the sound of a medium sized, roden like animal moving around, and a lot of squeaking. Ughh... thats gunna suck to get rid of, just hope they dont break through the ceiling!
This weekend should be fun, tonight and tomorrow are busy, but after that its pretty much empty. Not that that's a bad thing! Been a while since I've had a break. Well... I'm off to do something equally unproductive, good luck to everyone this weekend, and I shall return... later.

I had something great to write about today, but then I watched Office Space and forgot what it was. Oh well, I'll post again tomorrow... unless something else comes up.

Wow... what a Monday! The surprising thing is that today actually didn't suck. School went by surprisingly fast, not a whole lot of homework because teachers are catching up on grades from last semester. I actually had time to sit and watch a sunset today, and I went out and watched the stars for a while. Its so clear, this sunny, warm weather is a great change from cloudy and cold-ish with some wetness. Hope this good mood lasts!

Its been a weekend. Saturday was solo-ensemble, Evan and I are going to state with our duet, I'm 1st alternate (2nd place, still might go to state) with my solo. Goose is going to state, and Jenn is 1st alternate. The choir got screwed, they were really good, but the judge apparently was just a moron. It took forever for them to post the scores, I had to go back to Fort at 7 and see how the duet did, I didn't hear the solo placement until after 5:00. Rar. Oh well. Went to the bball game for a few minutes, but I got there right after halftime and we were ahead by 30 points, so I didnt stay long.
Backing up a bit, finals were thursday and friday. Yawn. Booooring. Anyway, aww crap... the multiple choice chem test continues tomorrow. Nooot good, not good at all. That's the only hard final I have, Chemistry... I thought I was done. Meh. I guess English is supposed to get a bit harder this semester, all I have to say there is good luck. Has she seen the people who take that class??? Yea... I think she'll have a hard time teaching at an AP level now that the stupid people think they can slack. This could be interesting.
Today I did a whole bunch of nothing, which was a nice change. Four day week, followed by a four day weekend coming up. Yay! I really dont have much to say, but if I go more than 5 days without a post, people start to get angry. Speaking of posts, it appears im not the only one who hasnt updated in a while!

Well, my dad left for India today, my grandparents are leaving for New Zealand, and I am leaving for.... oh, thats right, nowhere. Blah. Stuck here with finals, rain, and other exciting things. I updated the links in my sidebar about a week ago, there are links to the college board for AP and SAT stuff, Princeton Review for AP and SAT review and college search, and some other stuff like that. What else... studied forever for the first part of the history test tomorrow, but now I'm bored... what the??? umm... this is a weird site! (Amazing what you find on people's AIM profiles.)

Two posts in a row. Don't get too used to it, or you'll be dissappointed. And to make it better, there isn't much to say. Lucky you. Today was Monday, but not a particularly bad Monday. I guess that means I used up my bad week last week, or its saving up for finals. School seems to be going by, nothing different at all. *Yawn*... That's boring...
Here is an example of someone wasting a whole lot of oxygen:
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A California lawmaker thinks buildings in the state should be more light and airy to allow for positive energy flow -- and maybe have more mirrors. MORE
While I'm on the topic of idiots...
HOLLAND, Mich. - Tacking Jr. or II onto a boy's name is too common, a new father decided, so the self-described engineering geek took a software approach to naming his newborn son. Jon Blake Cusack talked his wife, Jamie, into naming their son Jon Blake Cusack 2.0 MORE
That's it for today.

Nice. It's been a while since my last post, and yet I don't really know where the time went. Oh well, it was a horrible week anyway! (For no particular reason, I don't even have anything great to blame it on!!!) Anyway... skip from last Tuesday to Friday... which sucked. Friday, the SMT-sixathlon. Better than last year, still not as good as English class (eesh...) I guess I did get an hour long lunch (due to some sneaking-out on my part, but oh well). Chemistry lab after school, took from 2:30 until 4:45... and we were the only ones done! Two basketball games, so I got home about 10:00. Uggh.
Saturday: good day. Slept in, did most of my history project (4 pages, title page, and a long bibliography. Ha! Havent written anything that long in years... was it 7th grade???) Anyway... practiced my solo for solo ensemble, also went to a movie, "A Perfect Score" about some kids who steal the SAT answers. Good movie, had a plot and it was funny!
Sunday: Skiing. Figured that it wouldn't be too bad up there with the Super Bowl and all. Wrong! It was packed, but it was sunny and there was a ton of fresh powder, so it didn't really matter. Got back home, did some stuff, pretty much ignored the game. From the part I saw, it looked like a bunch of sweaty guys attacking other sweaty guys for the amusement of sweaty guys in wifebeaters drinking beer... Apparently I didn't miss much, either.
Yay... last week of the semester! Finals will be easy, I only have them in half my classes! HAHA!! No basketball games this week, solo-ensemble this weekend, then I can relax again and do WHATEVER I WANT!!! :-) ... or, I could start working on AP test prep, but its only February... (Wait... where did January go???) Yah... Could ya guess why I haven't posted? Whenever I have something good to say, I'm too busy to say it, and whenever I have extra time it's because I have nothing to say! O well... I could continue to say nothing, or I could just stop typing.... not like anyone actually reads this far anyway, do they? Huh? Is anyone reading this, or am I just typing for my own amusement???
