So, apparently the police found a body near 18th and 45th. That's almost 4 blocks north of my dorm, in the dark, wooded shortcut I take back from the Ave late at night.

I'm back

Well, I've finally decided to resurrect my blog. I realize it slowly died out last year, only to find itself completely ignored all summer. Why the sudden return to posting? Well, to be honest, there isn't any one reason. I need somewhere to write what I want, to put the funny stories before I forget them. Taking the summer off from the blog (and indeed, the greater part of last year) kept it from growing too stale and uninteresting. After all, this blog is just 4 months short of its 3rd year.

There will be some changes though. First, and maybe most notably, the tagboard is gone. Now that blogger has the comment feature, people can use that instead. The tagboard slowed the page, occasionally preventing viewing altogether. It also seemed to be used more for junk posts and spam than for actual conversation. If you have anything to say about my posts, by all means comment!

I'll be adding and updating links as I get around to it, which may be a little while since I do have midterms here and there and quite a bit to do. The layout of the page itself will likely change when I have a chance to customize it, but again, that's something for later.

In the meantime, for any of you who still read this, welcome. I hope to post a few times a week, maybe more and maybe less. I've found that if I try to force myself to write when I don't have anything to say, I end up typing a lot while saying very little.
